Medical and dental practices need more than a standard office clean. You need a dependable cleaning partner that understands patient-facing environments, clinical risks, high-touch surfaces, documented schedules and the importance of consistency.
CQD provides specialist medical centre cleaning, dental practice cleaning and GP surgery cleaning across Slough, Maidenhead, Reading, High Wycombe, Windsor, Bracknell and surrounding areas.
Our service is built around three clear commitments:
- No long-term contracts.
- No TUPE.
- No compromise on cleaning standards.
You receive a fixed monthly subscription, a dedicated two-person team and a cleaning plan designed around your premises. You can cancel at any time.
Clinical cleaning standards must be visible, documented and repeatable
A healthcare environment cannot rely on occasional cleaning or informal instructions. Your practice needs a clear specification that identifies:
- Which rooms and surfaces require cleaning.
- How frequently each task must be completed.
- Which products and equipment are appropriate.
- Who is responsible for each area.
- How standards are checked and maintained.
- What happens when an issue is identified.
The Care Quality Commission’s dental infection prevention guidance highlights the need for effective infection prevention and control systems, documented cleaning schedules, appropriate staff training and regular checks.
The NHS National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2025 also emphasise risk-based cleaning specifications, cleaning frequencies, high-frequency touch-point cleaning and audit processes.
CQD does not replace your practice’s IPC lead or clinical responsibilities. We provide the trained commercial cleaning team, structured procedures and operational consistency that support your existing standards.
Clear schedule. Clear responsibilities. Clear accountability.

The four-zone protocol helps prevent cross-contamination
Our colour-coded four-zone protocol creates a simple, visible system for separating cleaning equipment and reducing avoidable cross-contamination.
Red zone: washrooms
Red equipment is reserved for toilets, washrooms, basins, sanitary areas and associated floors.
Blue zone: general areas
Blue equipment is used for reception areas, waiting rooms, offices, corridors and general surfaces.
Green zone: kitchens
Green equipment is used in staff kitchens, breakrooms and food preparation areas.
Yellow zone: clinical areas
Yellow equipment is reserved for clinical and patient-care environments, including treatment rooms and other areas identified in your site-specific cleaning plan.
This system gives your team and your practice manager an immediate way to see that cleaning equipment is being used correctly. It supports safer working practices and makes standards easier to monitor.
Our cleaners also follow appropriate PPE, COSHH and safe-working procedures for the tasks being completed. Products are selected according to the surface, area and cleaning requirement.
One dedicated two-person team means greater consistency
Frequent cleaner changes create unnecessary risk. New staff need to learn your layout, access arrangements, clinical zones, alarm procedures and practice expectations. Important details can be missed during handovers.
CQD assigns the same dedicated two-person team to your premises wherever possible.
That means:
- The same cleaners learn your building.
- The same team follows your agreed schedule.
- Issues are easier to identify and report.
- Accountability is clear.
- Your practice is not repeatedly explaining the same instructions.
The two-person model also provides operational resilience. If one cleaner is absent, we have cover teams available. Your cleaning schedule does not depend on one individual turning up every day.
Available 7 days a week.
Cleaning can be arranged around your opening hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends and overnight periods. This is important for GP surgeries and dental practices that need patient areas ready before the first appointment and fully cleaned after the last session.
No long-term contracts and no TUPE complications
Changing cleaning providers should not create a new administrative burden.
CQD operates through a monthly subscription. There is no long-term contract tying you to a service that no longer meets your requirements. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
There are no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Your monthly price is fixed and agreed in advance.
Our model is also designed to avoid the usual TUPE concerns associated with taking over an incumbent cleaning operation. You are not required to employ or manage the previous cleaning team as part of our service model.
TUPE application depends on the exact circumstances of a business transfer, so appropriate legal advice should always be taken where necessary. However, CQD provides a new, professionally managed cleaning team rather than asking you to inherit the operational problems of your existing arrangement.
No long-term contract. No inherited staffing problem. No unnecessary disruption.

Every medical centre and dental practice has different requirements. Our three monthly subscription tiers make the decision straightforward.

Your site survey determines the appropriate specification. We will not recommend a higher tier simply to increase the price.
