1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to commercial cleaning services and monthly subscriptions supplied by CQD Cleaning Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09888988. Our registered office is 1 Aston Court, Kingsmead Business Park, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP11 1LA. Our VAT registration number is GB232988870.
By asking CQD Cleaning Services Ltd to provide services, you agree to these terms and the cleaning specification or subscription confirmation issued for your premises.
2. The subscription service
CQD provides commercial cleaning through monthly subscriptions. The service, cleaning frequency, hours, premises, specification, package, price, and start date will be confirmed after a site assessment. All package prices are monthly and exclusive of VAT.
The available packages are:
- Bronze — £880 per month ex VAT: the essential package.
- Silver — £1,280 per month ex VAT: the enhanced package.
- Gold — £1,680 per month ex VAT: the premium package.
The package and specification selected for a premises are subject to its size, layout, use, required hours, and agreed cleaning requirements. CQD does not provide domestic, ad hoc, or standalone one-off cleaning outside an agreed commercial subscription.
3. No long-term contract
There is no long-term contract. Subscriptions run monthly and may be cancelled by written notice. The applicable notice and final service arrangements will be set out in the subscription confirmation or agreed in writing with CQD.
4. Charges and payment
The agreed monthly charge is payable in accordance with the subscription confirmation. VAT is added at the prevailing rate. The client must pay invoices on time and tell CQD promptly about any billing issue. CQD may pause or review services where an amount remains overdue.
5. Client obligations
The client must:
- provide accurate information about the premises, its use, access arrangements, and cleaning requirements;
- provide safe and reasonable access to the areas covered by the specification;
- tell CQD about hazards, restricted areas, changes to the premises, or other information that could affect safe delivery;
- provide any agreed utilities, access devices, facilities, or client-supplied materials needed for the service; and
- avoid obstructing the agreed cleaning schedule and notify CQD promptly about concerns or changes.
6. CQD's obligations
CQD will provide the agreed services with reasonable care and skill, using the agreed specification as the service standard. If the client raises a service concern, CQD will review it and agree a reasonable next step where appropriate.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Subject to that requirement, CQD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of business arising from the services. The parties' liability will otherwise be limited to the amount permitted by applicable law and the agreed service arrangements.
The client remains responsible for information, access, instructions, and facilities it is required to provide, and for loss caused by its breach of these terms.
8. Ending or changing a subscription
Either party may ask to change the package, specification, hours, or premises arrangements. A change takes effect only when agreed in writing. Either party may end the subscription in accordance with the agreed cancellation arrangements. CQD may end or suspend services where the client does not pay, cannot provide safe access, or materially breaches these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
