A fair, practical standard

What we look for

  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Attention to detail and pride in the visible result.
  • Ability to work as part of a two-person team and unsupervised when required.
  • Enough spoken and written English to follow safety instructions, method statements and client site rules.
  • A legal right to work in the UK. CQD is not able to offer visa sponsorship.
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal record check where the client or the law requires one, at the level that applies to that contract, in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
  • A full UK driving licence where a mobile or multi-site role requires it.
  • Previous commercial cleaning experience is welcome but not always essential where training is provided.
