Co-working space cleaning
A reliable shared-workspace cleaning routine for desks, meeting rooms, kitchens, breakout areas, washrooms and member-facing spaces.
The commercial brief
Cleaning that fits the building.
Co-working spaces need to feel ready for a changing mix of people every day. Members move between desks, meeting rooms, phone booths, kitchens and informal areas, while operators manage events, visitors and different access levels. CQD plans the cleaning around that movement, setting clear priorities for shared touch points, work surfaces, floors and facilities. The aim is a space that feels cared for without disrupting the flexible way members use it.
The service can cover hot-desk areas, private offices, meeting rooms, reception, phone booths, breakout spaces, kitchens, washrooms, corridors and event areas. Tasks may include vacuuming and mopping, surface and desk wipe-downs, touch-point sanitisation, bin emptying, washroom restocking and machine hard-floor cleaning. CQD records member peaks, event days, access, kitchen use and room turnover during the free site survey. That creates a practical sequence for both daily essentials and higher-use shared spaces.
The condition of a co-working space is part of the member experience and the operator’s promise to every business using it. A marked meeting-room table, full bin or neglected kitchen can be noticed between bookings and reflected in renewal conversations. A dedicated two-person team provides continuity across the building, while supervisor oversight and a written specification give the space manager a clear way to check the agreed standard and adjust priorities when membership or events change.
Bronze, Silver and Gold monthly subscriptions make the routine clear. Bronze covers daily essentials; Silver adds machine hard-floor cleaning, deeper kitchen and breakroom care and daily touch-point sanitisation; Gold adds daily machine floor cleaning, washroom consumables fulfilment and regular inspection and sign-off. An initial deep clean is included at subscription commencement. There are no long-term contracts and no TUPE requirement, with 24/7 availability, response within 2 hours and mobilisation in 5–7 working days.
CQD mobilises within 5–7 working days once the specification is agreed. The same dedicated two-person team becomes familiar with the site, supported by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, CHAS, BICSc, DBS-checked staff and COSHH-compliant products. Service is available 24/7, and enquiries receive a response within 2 hours. If the building or its operating pattern changes, the specification can be reviewed with the person responsible for the premises. The next step is a free site survey, followed by a clear monthly plan with no long-term contract. It also keeps responsibility in one operating relationship: the site has a named team, a written specification and a clear route to adjust the service when occupancy, rooms or access arrangements change.
