Tasks may include detailed surface work, vacuuming and mopping, bin routines, touch-point sanitisation, washroom cleaning and restocking and machine hard-floor work where specified. The written plan separates the initial reset from recurring daily tasks, making it clear what is included at commencement and what the ongoing service maintains.

A new cleaning arrangement is easier to manage when the first visit is purposeful. Facilities managers do not have to inherit an unclear baseline or ask the daily team to work around old build-up while also meeting the recurring schedule. Bronze then covers daily essentials; Silver adds machine hard-floor cleaning, deeper kitchen and breakroom work and daily touch-point sanitisation; Gold adds daily machine floor cleaning, washroom consumables fulfilment and regular inspection and sign-off.
