Depending on the brief, work can include vacuuming and mopping, surface cleaning, bin emptying, touch-point sanitisation, washroom restocking and hard-floor machine cleaning. CQD agrees the sequence around furniture movement, event access, deliveries and the handover between bookings. A free site survey gives the venue a written starting point for normal days and planned changes.

Bronze covers daily essentials; Silver adds machine hard-floor cleaning, deeper kitchen and breakroom care and daily touch-point sanitisation; Gold adds daily machine floor cleaning, washroom consumables fulfilment and regular inspection and sign-off. The initial deep clean is included when the subscription commences. There are no long-term contracts and no TUPE requirement, with 24/7 availability, response within 2 hours and 5–7 working day mobilisation.

CQD mobilises within 5–7 working days once the specification is agreed. The same dedicated two-person team becomes familiar with the site, supported by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, CHAS, BICSc, DBS-checked staff and COSHH-compliant products. Service is available 24/7, and enquiries receive a response within 2 hours. If the building or its operating pattern changes, the specification can be reviewed with the person responsible for the premises. The next step is a free site survey, followed by a clear monthly plan with no long-term contract.
