Restaurant, pub and hospitality cleaning

Cleaning planned around service, food areas, customer spaces, washrooms and the changing rhythm of hospitality premises.

The commercial brief

Cleaning that fits the building.

Restaurants, pubs and hospitality venues need cleaning to happen in the gaps between service, preparation, deliveries and guest use. CQD builds the routine around those handovers, separating customer-facing presentation from kitchens, staff areas and washrooms. A clear specification helps managers know what is covered each day and gives the cleaning team a practical sequence that respects food areas, access and the moments when the venue must be ready.

The agreed service can cover dining areas, bars, entrances, corridors, kitchens, preparation areas, staff rooms, washrooms and offices. Tasks may include vacuuming and mopping, surface cleaning, bin emptying, touch-point sanitisation, hard-floor machine work, washroom cleaning and restocking. Green-zone methods support kitchen and food-area routines, while red-zone equipment remains in washrooms. CQD records the site’s service windows and high-use areas at assessment so the daily plan reflects the venue’s operating pattern rather than a generic hospitality checklist.

Guests form an opinion quickly, particularly at entrances, tables, bar areas and washrooms. At the same time, hospitality managers cannot pause service to explain a cleaning routine on every visit. A known team that understands the venue reduces that friction. CQD combines a visible customer-facing finish with the practical discipline needed in back-of-house areas, using DBS-checked staff, COSHH-compliant products and supervisor oversight to keep responsibilities clear.

Bronze, Silver and Gold subscriptions let the routine match the venue. Bronze covers daily essentials; Silver adds machine hard-floor cleaning, deeper kitchen and breakroom care and daily touch-point sanitisation; Gold adds daily machine floor cleaning, washroom consumables fulfilment and regular inspection and sign-off. The first deep clean is included at subscription commencement. There are no long-term contracts and no TUPE requirement, with 24/7 availability for early, late or overnight schedules and 5–7 working day mobilisation.

CQD mobilises within 5–7 working days once the specification is agreed. The same dedicated two-person team becomes familiar with the site, supported by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, CHAS, BICSc, DBS-checked staff and COSHH-compliant products. Service is available 24/7, and enquiries receive a response within 2 hours. If the building or its operating pattern changes, the specification can be reviewed with the person responsible for the premises. The next step is a free site survey, followed by a clear monthly plan with no long-term contract. It also keeps responsibility in one operating relationship: the site has a named team, a written specification and a clear route to adjust the service when occupancy, rooms or access arrangements change.
