Bronze includes washroom cleaning and restocking; Silver adds machine hard-floor cleaning, deeper kitchen and breakroom care and daily touch-point sanitisation; Gold adds daily machine floor cleaning, washroom consumables fulfilment and regular inspection and sign-off. The initial deep clean is included at commencement. There are no long-term contracts and no TUPE requirement, with 24/7 availability and mobilisation within 5–7 working days.

If the building or its operating pattern changes, the specification can be reviewed with the person responsible for the premises.
